RETURNS & STORE CREDIT POLICY

At The Northshore, every piece is created with comfort, quality, and a whole lot of love. As a small business offering limited collections and made-to-order apparel, we want you to absolutely love what you order!

Because many of our items are made specifically for you, we ask that you carefully review the product descriptions and size charts before placing your order to ensure you've selected the right fit.

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

All approved returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not offer refunds. If there's an issue with your order or you're unhappy with an item, please contact us at nicepeopleofthenorthshore@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

We're always happy to help and will review your request.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for store credit:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

  • Returns must be approved before items are sent back.

  • Once approved, you have an additional 7 days to ship your return.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition.

  • Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and any signs of use.

We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, store credit will be issued for the original purchase price of the returned item only.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Items that do not meet our return requirements will not be eligible for store credit.

We're a small business, and every order truly matters to us. Many of our pieces are created in small batches or made just for you, which allows us to offer unique designs, fresh collections, and the quality you know and love.

We appreciate you taking a moment to double-check sizing before ordering and understanding why our return policy is a little different from big retailers.
